Overview

Appointed by the City Council, the City Administrator is the executive officer in charge of administering all City business and implementing the policies and directives of the City Council.

Functions generally include coordinating staff work, managing the City’s finances and budget, preparing communications, managing human resource activities, preparing meeting agendas, and administering elections.
