Engineering

The Engineering Department is responsible for overseeing:

• Stormwater and grading review for private development
• Planning, design, and construction of public streets
• Performs inspections of capital improvement projects
• Maintaining the city's GIS system
• Maintaining records on public improvements
• Preparation of city maps
• Prepare feasibility reports
• Utility permits
• Utility projects, including right-of-way acquisition

The city currently contracts with Bolton and Menk for engineering services.
