To report non-emergency incidents, such as trees, vandalism, potholes, and park concerns, contact City Hall or Public Works.

Non-Emergency Online Reporting Tool

Citizen Request Tracker™ (CRT™) is used as a reporting and tracking tool to report problems and concerns in the city of Shorewood. Once a request is submitted it gets routed to city staff. CRT™ is meant to be a tool to report non-emergencies.

To submit a request and follow the progression of reports, log in or create an account. You can also customize user settings in this account for other city website tools, such as calendar reminders and web notifications.

For animal-related calls for service, please contact the Dispatch Center at 952-258-5321. For animal-related concerns that are neither in-progress nor urgent, you may leave a message for animal control personnel at 952-960-1649 or via e-mail at animalcontrol@southlakepd.com.
