The City of Shorewood offers several convenient ways in which you can pay your City Utility Bill.
1. Save money and time by signing up for automatic payments.
You will still get a monthly bill showing your usages and the current charges. Payments will be deducted from your checking or savings account on the day before the due date on the bill. Set up autoPAY (PDF)
2. Pay by credit or with debit card online.
Pay online with a checking account, savings account, credit or debit card. Visit shorewoodMN.gov/billing. Click on the Online utility bill payment. Click on the “First time user? Register Now” button to set up your account for the first time. You will need a recent utility bill to complete some of the information. Complete the information and click “Register”. You will now be able to view your account balance, history, usage, and make payments. There is no charge for this service. You only need to register once and then will be able to login for future visits.
3. Pay in-person.
Drop off your utility bill with a check or money order payment at City Hall during business hours (M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) or in the drop box outside the front of City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road.
