The City of Deephaven is preparing for construction of the 2024 Street & Drainage Improvements Project on Manor Road and Dyer Lane. The contractor is planning to mobilize first thing the week of 4/29, and will begin by setting up traffic control signage, erosion control, and perform various removals. This will be followed by pavement removals/reclamation and the culvert replacement later in the week, weather permitting. According to the schedule provided by the contractor, the duration of active construction will last roughly five weeks with a substantial completion date of June 28th.
The City expects that the contractor will limit the time in which the road is closed and the most significant impacts to access will occur during the pavement removal/reclamation process, replacement of a culvert crossing Manor Road, and roadway paving. During those times, thru-traffic will be routed around the north side of the project area along Cottagewood Road. For more information, visit cityofdeephaven.org or download the Project Newsletter.
