Project Overview
The City of Shorewood and Three Rivers Park District coordinated to construct a new trail head connection for the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail at Shorewood's Freeman Park. The new trail head was constructed in the fall of 2023. This project also included the reconstruction of other paved trails in Freeman Park, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, and culvert replacements where necessary to correct drainage issues.
