Work on Phase 3 Streets will begin the week of July 15th. Phase 3 Streets include Church Road, Murray Street/Court and Lilac Lane. Please note that with the start of construction on Phase 3 Streets, there may be times when you must wait for crews in order to access your driveway or the roadway.
The construction schedule for next two weeks is as follows:
Week of July 15
- Seeding and landscape restoration for Phase 2 Streets.
- Church Road storm sewer installation. This work will begin on July 18th and is planned to be completed on July 19th. There will be limited access into the cul-de-sac when this work is taking place.
Week of July 22
- Concrete and asphalt removals for Phase 3 Streets.
- Storm sewer installation on Murray Street and at the Cardinal Avenue intersection. There will be limited access at the Murray Street/Cardinal Avenue intersection when this work takes place. More information will be given when the dates of this work are confirmed.
