City meetings are held in-person at Shorewood City Hall at 5755 Country Club Road in Shorewood. Regular meetings and work sessions of the City Council are the second and fourth Monday of each month. Work sessions begin at 5:30 p.m. and regular meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. A remote/virtual option is available for regular City Council meetings as a convenience.
Park Commission, Planning Commission, City Council Work Sessions and special meetings are in-person only and held at City Hall unless otherwise noticed.
You can obtain copies of agenda packets, minutes, and documents for all Council, Boards and Commissions by clicking on the corresponding entity below. Minutes are posted after approval at the following council meeting, which generally takes two to three weeks after the meeting. Video recordings of meetings can be found on Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission's website.
